Rock on burgers -Saints

Yesterday took us to Eden on the bay where you can find one of the most gorgeous view of Cape Town. We decided to pop in at Saint's.

If you into craft beer they have an extensive selection of international and local craft beers on tap. Looking for popular local favourites you will have to order that by the bottle.

They also have some fun but weak cocktails nevertheless they do quench your thirst.

The food is good.  Waitress recommended the pizza but the pizza oven was faulty. A little disappointed but the burgers were a winner.

For starters we shared super hot chilli poppers.  This is definitely not for the faint hearted they are super strong and will definitely get you sweating a bit not too mention the next morning.

All jokes aside and ready for the mains.
The burgers, you can either build your own or choose some of their creations. You have a choice of pork, beef, lamb or mushroom on a brioche, sesame roll, ciabatta or multigrain roll. Choice of two sides. Yes two! A choice of a salad and a choice of a carb.

I like that the burgers came with the toppings on the side so you can decide how much you want on your burger. The meat was tender and succulent. The onion rings are really yummy

Service was not bad, apart from having to move for the band to set up. The ambience was lively. If you want to have a convo don't go too late as once the band starts it does get a little noisy.

On the menu:
Chilli poppers

Beef burger with goats cheese and pepper sauce served with skinny fries and a garden greek salad.

Lamb burger with feta cheese and pesto served with crunchy onion rings and garden salad.
