Seafood heaven- Berthas

Cape Town offers some of the best seafood restaurants and today I will let you in on one of my new favourites. 

Berthas is situated in Simons Town overlooking the harbour. The view is amazing and if the sun is out definitely book a table outside.

The service is good, waiters are friendly and helpful.

The restaurant offers some great specials. The food will definitely not leave you disappointed.  Flavours are fresh and the food is really delicious and it really hits the spot.

Disappointing factor- they do not have a cocktail menu however they make it up with an excellent wine menu.

On the menu:
Starter - mussel pot served with ciabatta bread.

Mains - prawns served with creamy garlic sauce and spicy peri peri sauce, and chips.
