An all rounder- Kloof Street House

I am in love with this place. Welcomed by friendly waitrons and staff we sat outside in the luscious garden area enjoying the spring sun. Tranquillity best describes this place. It was peaceful and relaxing and if you looking to take some time to unwind from the busy week, this is definitely your place. If you want to try their infamous brunch, make sure you arrive a little early as we just missed it. (Brunch served 10am-12pm)

The decor is extravagant, with a hint of vintage and pop art.

The service was excellent, waitress checked in regularly and was very helpful. 

My diet went out the window today. The food was really devine. The flavours were spicy and fresh. The steak was tender, and the chips melted in my mouth. The different combinations worked well. They have an extensive wine menu and cocktail menu.

Prego steak on olive ciabatta served with handcut chips and peri-naise

Homemade pesto with a twist flavoured chicken strips with avo, cream fraiche, rocket and parmesan cheese on flatbread served with chilli

Baked cheese cake with berry compote
